Builder offers move-in-ready and custom homes – The Seattle Times

One of the homes currently available for presale features the Acropolis floor plan with a main-floor master suite, an open-concept design, and bonus and recreation rooms upstairs.

BELLEVUE — In today’s real estate market, homes are often selling for more than asking price. But JayMarc Homes is offering a solution.

Building 20 to 25 move-in-ready homes a year on the Eastside, JayMarc offers a presale program with an opportunity to purchase a home before it is complete.

“By doing so, you lock in your purchase price and don’t have to worry about increasing sales prices”, says Marc Rousso, president of JayMarc Homes. “In addition, depending on when you purchase, you may also have the opportunity to personalize aspects of your brand-new home.”

One of the builder’s homes currently available for presale features the Acropolis floor plan. Located at 10602 N.E. 18th St., Bellevue, and priced at $2.999 million, the home will be completed late April. It features a main-floor master suite, an open-concept design, and bonus and recreation rooms upstairs.

The Acropolis floor plan is also available at 2225 104th Ave. S.E., Bellevue, for $2.699 million and is open daily for tours.
