Jack Wilshere has suggested his long-term future lies at Arsenal after the on-loan Bournemouth midfielder revealed he is aiming to convince Arsene Wenger to hand him a new contract.
With his current Emirates deal set to expire in 2018, Wenger said he was keen to tie the Gunners youth product down to extended terms and called on Wilshere to show loyalty to the club that has stuck by him through his injury hell.
And it now appears Wilshere wants to stay in north London with the England international revealing that while his head is with Bournemouth, the ultimate aim is to earn a fresh deal with Arsenal.
